PerformanceRx Sunday session – group training with brains!
One of the common flaws with group training is that, whilst they are hard, they often neglect movement quality and exercise technique, not at PerformanceRx.
Our goal is the deliver fun sessions that are not only designed to make you fitter but make you stronger and more aware of you body.
This session is held every Sunday at 9am at PerformanceRx and everyone is welcome. If you have any injuries or have never worked in a group setting before, just let us know and we will take care of you.
Places are limited to a maximum of 10 people and the classes fill up very quickly, so make sure you book well ahead of time.
